A marketplace where recruiters trade candidate profiles.
A platform built exclusively for recruiters: list and discover verified candidate profiles, chat directly with other recruiters, and turn connections into revenue.
Recruiters routinely have a strong candidate who is wrong for their role and right for someone else's. That value currently evaporates in private conversations, or does not move at all.
This makes it a market: candidate profiles can be listed, discovered and shared between recruiters, with built-in chat so the negotiation happens in the same place as the listing.
Problems worth solving
The inventory is other people's personal data
A candidate profile is a real person's employment history and contact details. A marketplace that exposes it before a deal is agreed is trading data those people did not consent to circulate.
Listings show enough to evaluate a match and withhold identifying details until the exchange is agreed, so browsing cannot be used to harvest contact information.
