An Arabic platform for nurseries in Jordan covering daily attendance, child assessments, fee tracking and a portal that lets parents see their child's day without phoning the nursery.
Most nurseries here run on a paper register, a WhatsApp group and a notebook of who has paid. It works until a parent asks a question about last month.
Hadanati replaces the three of them with one system: attendance, assessments and fees on the staff side, and a parent portal on the other, so the answer to 'how was he today' does not require a phone call.
Problems worth solving
The staff using it are not computer users
Nursery staff are with children all day. Any workflow that takes more than a few taps, or that punishes a mistake, gets abandoned for the paper register within a week.
Attendance is a single tap per child from one list, corrections are always available rather than locked after submit, and nothing requires leaving the screen you are on.
Parents must see enough, and not too much
A parent portal that exposes a shared class view leaks other children's attendance, assessments and fee status to every family in the room.
Every parent-facing query is scoped to their own children on the server, so the portal cannot return another family's data regardless of what the client asks for.
